Job Description

Equity Corps is working with the Founder of an established and respected public affairs and marketing agency.  The company has been in business for almost 20 years and has built a strong performance record, exceptional reputation and Fortune 100 client roster.  The Founder is seeking a Managing Partner to assume responsibility for day to day operations and to grow the business.

 

The ideal Managing Partner comes from the public affairs / government affairs arena, has successfully led a comparable business to significant growth, and is highly motivated to own and run his/her own company. He/she has a track record of success selling custom service solutions to Fortune 100 companies, has a command of the tools of direct marketing - database, call center, mail, and has built and run effective client management and delivery systems and organizations. He/she has strong competencies in sales, business and account strategy, client management, project/program management, recruiting, team building, and leadership.

 

The Managing Partner will retain the firm’s current key accounts and personnel, define and execute the firm’s growth strategy, efficiently scale the business, and will have full P&L responsibility.
