How It Works Flexible Team Equity Corps has built a team of proven Operating Executives who are flexible in the way that they work. Our Operating Executives share our commitment to developing the right solution for each client, and are open to short-term, long-term, or permanent assignments. Equity Corps Vetting We rigorously screen, interview, and investigate prospective new Operating Executives prior to inviting them to join the Equity Corps team. These tasks are personally conducted by Equity Corps Principals with extensive recruiting and hiring experience. We only invite Operating Executives who we would hire ourselves to become team members. At a minimum, this level of scrutiny is comparable to that experienced by an executive candidate in becoming a "finalist" in a typical search. Deployment Design When you identify a need, an Equity Corps Principal will work directly with you to design a deployment customized to fit your needs. We work with you to develop a profile of the Operating Executive you plan to add and a scope of the mission you hope they will accomplish. Introduction Based on your specifications, we make an introduction to the Equity Corps Operating Executive best suited to your situation and preferences. Client Vetting We encourage clients to scrutinize Equity Corps Operating Executives, particularly for fit with their organization, culture, and specific job requirements. Paperwork If you and the Operating Executive agree that you want to proceed, we handle the contracting, billing, and payment. Deployment Operating Executives typically develop a 100 Day Plan with the client during the client interview process. When a deployment launches, Operating Executives hit the ground running. Resource Leverage Once a deployment begins, your Equity Corps Principal will continue to work with you and with the deployed Operating Executive to ensure mutual success. You Principal serves as a liaison between you, your Operating Executive, and the resources and knowledge base of the full Equity Corps team. By focusing on bottlenecks and key issues as your business mission unfolds, the Principal can often bring additional Equity Corps resources and knowledge to bear to expedite your progress. |
