Job Description

Equity Corps is working with a Federal Government IT Services contractor.  The company has revenues of more than $50 Million and is currently on a rapid growth trajectory.  Service offerings include IT Systems integration and O&M, business consulting and management, and data management.  The company is recognized as a leader, has strong past performance, serves as both a prime and a sub-contractor to numerous federal agencies, and has a strong pipeline of business.

The founder is highly motivated, appropriately capitalized, and positioned to grow quickly, and is in the market for a GovCon CFO with a record of success at facilitating both organic and strategic growth to complete the company's strong leadership team.

Key criteria include -

1) Financial Leadership of Contractor to >$100MM Revenue

2) Hands on Operating Experience

3) Federal M&A Leadership Experience
