A&T Systems Hires Equity Corps' Rick Hundley As COO to Execute Growth Strategy

Washington, DC January 14, 2010 – Equity Corps, which offers independent companies an alternative to an executive search firm and specializes in durable founder succession and C(x)O recruiting, announced that Rick Hundley has joined A&T Systems, Inc. (A&T) as Chief Operating Officer.  Hundley will be responsible for executing A&T’s growth strategy.

A&T, a 25 year old Government Telecommunications & IT Services contractor, was looking for an experienced COO who was capable of driving growth, shared A&T’s high standards of ethics and quality, and fit with the company’s collegial culture.  A&T chose Equity Corps as an alternative to using an executive search firm.

Hundley brings over 20 years of Federal contracting and leadership experience to A&T, including senior executive leadership positions at SAFRAN, Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics.  Hundley’s recent experience includes 7 years as President & CEO of SAFRAN USA, where he grew revenues from $350 Million to $1.2 Billion.

Previously, Hundley led worldwide sales and marketing for Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems and served as President & CEO of General Dynamics Product Support & Services
